Hi everyone,
Like me I am sure most of you would tried the salted caramel pretzel. It looks great and tasted great. My issue is the three sided takeaway packaging being supplied by BFP at the moment. I feel it is not practical when a customer asked for it to be boxed and bagged for takeaway. I have a customer dropped it as she tried to handle it.
Personally, I don't think it's worth offering without a proper packaging to serve it. Any better idea from anyone? Please let me know.
Many thanks
Ecko

Hi Ecko I understand that the current white carton is not perfect. Its the only one we have at the moment. In the odd occasion that you need to package it more for a customer simply use another whit carton on top and place it in a bag. I know this is not ideal but until we find a better solution we need to make it work for us. I totally agree with you but we've nothing else in the short term. I will raise it again with FBL to see how a proper replacement is coming on. Regards Stephen

Hi Ecko We have now decided to use a Pretzel sleeve only for the Salty & Caramel, it works perfectly for us. We place an Original Pretzel into the sleeve and then pour the caramel onto the Pretzel while in the sleeve. Its much less messy for customers to manage and eat while walking.
