So far BFP has been great to us and with the kind of service provided, I am more than happy. I can't wait for the price savings to come on board as this will help, but what I wanted to put out there the below:
1. When ordering, their sales team do not have a visual of the product which would really help them and us. Don't understand why this is not in place, maybe its a system thing. It might be an idea to have the same for our order list too.
2. The dough seems to arrive in brand new cartons and very good quality as well and as a key product its a shame so many cartons are just open once and throw away. Can there be no way of recycling as I am sure the trucks that delivery go back to dc empty and once a month or so that can collect the flat cartons and the dough supplier too can collect these and reuse???

Enjoy BFP while they are working well!
Regarding your second point, our shopping centre recycles cartons so we just make sure we don't throw them away and put them in recycling. IREKS are in Germany, so not sure how re-using would fare.

We too have recycling but have noticed these are not properly managed. There is always a way we can do better, but there has to be willing people. I now you can always find use from waste and there much be IREKS delivery vehicles going back empty so cannot see why they cannot take used cartons and reuse them...anyways its seems this one is for powers at be. Most probably will be lost in words anyways .Sujal
