AFTER 1ST YEAR - Equipment parts and labour warranty.
Looking at the equipment we all use and the franchisee out there who have been with the business for years, what did you do after the first year. Some say that you simply deal with each problem as and when it happens, some have taken individual warranty with the suppliers...so what has worked , more importantly what did not so others do not make the same mistakes?

Hi all, I cannot believe that no one from our network has got any information on this topic...how have the business who have been trading for years managed.
Or are business just managing with local network and specialists who can solve equipment problems??/
Had anyone got extended warranty and if so did you shop around and whats the costs were like? Sujal

We tried to get a one stop shop for all equipment but could never get it right, we simple source a good local company that can service and carryout repairs when we need them.

Hi Stephen
Thanks for the update but how does one go about finding such companies...do you look for electrician, plumbers, or ?? Has anyone negotiated deals with suppliers and if so what deals dd you get?

I've found it best to google services that I need locally, they usually work out cheaper that way. It does take a bit of research but worth it in the end to have your own local contacts and relationships with.
